Work's mental - the nature of workplace wellbeing

On 20th May I facilitated a workshop for Headtorch on the subject of “Paths & destinations – how to get from where you are to where you want to be for your wellbeing” using my poem paths and destinations as the basis for the exploration. You can find the recording of that session here.

Here's what Headtorch had to say in their invitation to attend this and the other workshops in May.

"Work’s Mental … the nature of workplace wellbeing?

  • Learn, explore & discover with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Gain insights to best practice in the world of workplace mental health
  • We’ll be asking four Key Opinion Leaders to spread their wisdom, we’ll ask you to get involved with break out discussion groups and feedback to the floor

Headtorch is running 4 events, every Thursday in May at 11.30am.

They’re only one hour long and they’re free, come to as many as you want.
Your speakers are:
