Patience in Action: What a Heron Can Teach us About Trust And Not Giving Up

Are you frustrated with the lack of progress, impatient for an outcome or still looking for signs that what you're doing is working? Do you feel like giving up?

This heron might help - although my patience wasn't as solid as the Heron's and I gave up after watching it for 20 minutes!

A longer video shares more about how to release the setback "I'm tired of waiting" - in fact I'd just played the Transformation Game, a creative coaching tool I use in my work, and shared in that video and went for a walk and saw this Heron demonstrate the insight from the game - ie to just do what I know will work where it usually works and keep doing it, rather than like me with the heron and give up just before we see the fruits of our labours.
