How to keep afloat

If all you can do is hold on to that which is keeping you afloat - do that.
Hold on to what’s keeping your head above water.
And if you can ask for help - do that too.

Time to talk day is when we remind ourselves that a simple "How are you?" and then listening to the answer can make all the difference.
