One benefit of embodying in nature words we're using to describe a current situation we're grappling with is that we get so much more insight than if we just tried to explore it in our minds.
Getting to a higher vantage point is one such description where I've been surprised many times by the insight received whilst out for a walk in nature on a Landscaping Your Life walk and is the subject of episode #54 of the Landscaping Your Life with Alison Smith podcast (Spotify/Apple).
