If you’re stuck in a rut, the quickest way to get out of it is to find a rut in nature to step into and notice what you notice when you step out of it.
It’s as if the act of stepping out of the rut switches something on inside to say it’s possible.
That action helps you to connect with the part of you that knows and wants to get out of the rut.
Just don’t be surprised if it takes a little while to find the perfect rut – depth, length, width and composition all contribute to our sense of stuckness and so need to be replicated in the rut that represents the situation.
