9 Potential Solutions To Solve Your Problem

If you've had a problem for some time and still haven't found a solution that will work, or even if it's a recent problem, and are prepared to try something a little different you may be surprised with the answers you get from trying this simple exercise.

Pick one of the images above - what insight or perspective does that offer to the problem you're currently grappling with and would like more insight about - and hold that thought whilst I quickly share why I'm asking the question and how your answer can help you.

Why and how do I use nature to help solve problems?

Why - because the patterns in nature are a mirror to our lives - and yet it’s a mirror that doesn’t include the very things that are causing us pain, frustration, anger, sadness or stress.

Which means you can evaluate the pattern from a more objective view point allowing you find the answers you’re searching for.

How - the ways are many but let’s just look at the 9 examples above.

Remembering that the following exploration will mean more to you if you have a situation you’d like to get more insight about at the back of your mind 0 ue these are the patterns that each image brings to mind for me.

  1. Let go of the old stuff so you may focus your energy on that which will allow your long term flourishing (leaves let go by the tree)
  2. Allow others to be there for you (brown leaves held by the moss)
  3. Stay firm (bark changed by the environment but standing firm)
  4. Be flexible (the softness of the fir tree)
  5. Choose the ripples you send out (ripples on the water)
  6. Choose your path (each frond whilst having similarities with others is unique)
  7. Look for the synergy (moss on the tree)
  8. Seeds don’t germinate over night - have patience (pine cones on the ground)
  9. Look for the gaps in all the noise don’t get distracted by the noise (trees closely planted)

Also remembering your inner wisdom may nudge you to notice one of the other patterns in an image I’ve not seen - ie there is potential for numerous different patterns for each image - I’ll just notice what’s most relevant for me. It’s as if the above tells a story about my situation.

Which pattern(s) resonated for you?
